Magnetic Separator Repair & Core Exchange
Champion Charter Magnetic Separator Drum Core Exchange Program is available for those customers utilizing Metso® style 4’ x 10’ Magnetic Separators in their process. The Core Exchange Program allows customers to exchange their damaged 4’ x 10’ Drum for a refurbished drum at a fixed price provided the condition of the customer’s drum is suitable for standard repairs. Core Exchange Drums are typically available from stock.
In addition, Champion Charter has the ability and experience to repair Magnetic Separator Tanks, Drums, and Drives for equipment manufactured by Stearns® Dings®, Eriez® and Metso®**. Services include minor and major parts repair or fabrication for tank repair, repair or rebuilding of drums, repairing of drives, rubber lining, and assembly of components.
